No, there is no fee to become a Prime Society member.
Prime Society cards are valid at all Eddie Merlot's restaurant locations only.
It is not necessary to have your physical Prime Society card with you at a dining service. Simply let your server or bartender know that you are a member and provide them your phone number or account number.
Prime Society points must be converted to Rewards Dollars for use in any Eddie Merlot's restaurant. Points must be converted/redeemed to Rewards for a Reward to be used with a dining service. You can do this at any time by logging in to your account at www.eddiemerlots.com/rewards
Yes, points only expire if there is a 12 month period of inactivity, so we encourage our guests to use their Prime Society cards at least once every 12 months in order to keep points active.

When you convert points to Rewards Dollars, they are loaded onto your card/account and can be used like a gift card. They can be used for multiple transactions in any of our Eddie Merlot's restaurants for food and beverage purchases until your balance reaches $0. Remaining balances may not be exchanged for cash. Rewards dollars are valid for food and beverage only, and are NOT valid for gift card purchases, tax or gratuity.
Log in to your account at www.eddiemerlots.com/rewards, then select "Reward Yourself". This will send you to our Online Rewards Redemption page. Here it will show you the Rewards available to you based on the amount of points you have. Enter the quantity of Rewards you want, click "Select" click "Confirm Order" then your Rewards will be automatically loaded on your card/account for your use at any of our Eddie Merlot's locations. Inform your server of your reward at any time of payment.
You can email a copy of your receipt along with your member number to [email protected] for eligibility verification. Please allow up to one week for points to reflect on your account.
Yes, or you can remain one of our cardless members and provide your phone number to receive points and redeem rewards. You can obtain a new card by emailing us at [email protected]. Provide your current card number and address and we will transfer your personal information and rewards history onto a new card.
