- Memberships are on an individual basis. Only one card will be issued per membership.
- Points are non-transferable or devisable and member accounts may not be combined.
- Points will not be awarded for the purchase of a gift card.
- Points will not be awarded for the gratuity portion of a check.
- Eddie Merlot's may amend, modify or terminate the program, including these terms
and conditions, at any time without notice in its sole discretion.
- Points may not be awarded or redeemed for the purchase of alcoholic beverages where
prohibited by applicable law.
- Members must be present with rewards card to accumulate points.
- Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the Eddie Merlot's Prime Society account.
- Members may not accumulate points for purchases prior to enrollment.
- Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older.
- Unused points expire 12 months from the date of your last transaction.
- All rewards points can be accrued and redeemed at Eddie Merlot's only.
- Employees of Eddie Merlot's LLC, DRG Employer LLC and their respective parent company and affiliates, are not eligible for membership.
We may use information that we collect through the Services for a variety of purposes, including to:
- Create your account;
- Provide you with the products, promotions, services, newsletters, and information you request and respond to correspondence that we receive from you;
- Manage your contact preferences and requests, including requests concerning how we use your information;
- Conduct and process transactions in connection with the Redemptions;
- Contact you via email and otherwise about your account, products, services, contests, and events that we think might be of interest to you;
- Send USPS mail around specific anniversaries or birthdays based on the information you provided us;
- Send you promotional material or special offers on our behalf or on behalf of our marketing partners and/or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries and other third parties;
- Provide, maintain, administer or expand the Services, perform business analyses, or for other internal purposes to improve the quality of our business, the Services, and other products and services we offer;
- Customize and personalize your use of the Services;
- Send you notices to comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- As otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent, or otherwise in the Terms of Service.
- We may use your non-personal information (including personal information that has been de-identified and/or aggregated) for any reason at our sole discretion.
Eddie Merlot's is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, including fraud cases caused by lost cards.
